I currently work with individuals, adults and teens. I am not seeing couples or doing ongoing family work at this time. But changes made by an individual can definitely affect couples and family relationships for the better! You have the power to make change, even without the cooperation of others.

Therapy is available by appointment only, and I currently have a limited schedule, working Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 12-5 pm.
My office is in the Historic Linekin Building, a renovated 1893 Victorian that has been tastefully converted to professional offices. The surroundings offer a peaceful respite from your busy life, and a comfortable place to focus on you and your goals. We are centrally located near Downtown Hayward on Main Street, between A Street and Hazel Avenue. There is free parking in a lot in front of the building, and on the street. We are about 4-5 blocks from BART, close to the 580 and 238 freeways, and near Foothill Boulevard and Mission Boulevard in Hayward, the “Heart of the Bay”.
NOTE: During the COVID-19 pandemic, I am offering all services via Telehealth. I use a secure and confidential, HIPPA-compliant video service that is easy to use.
